Enter for a chance to earn $250 for the fund of your choice! Get involved by posting to your story, grid, or reels on Instagram and promoting the area of URochester you support (student org, academic department, athletic team, and more!). Looking for inspiration and ideas? Check out our FAQs.

Rise to the challenge in 3 easy steps!

1. Follow the Senior Giving Campaign Instagram account and tag us in your post. 
2. Include this link to the Student Day of Giving campaign in your post: https://www.givecampus.com/s/v9me72
   1. For grid posts or reels, add the link to your bio and mention it in your caption. 
   2. For stories, add a link button.
3. DM the Senior Giving Campaign account with a screenshot of your post!

All posts must be submitted by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25. Two winners will be selected at random from a wheel of all eligible submissions. We'll spin the wheel and announce the winners live at 3:20 p.m. in Wilson Commons, Hirst Lounge! For questions DM the Senior Giving Campaign on Instagram. 

Match + Multiply Your Gift

Make a gift and multiple your impact! Each donor unlocks an additional $10 for the featured fund tied to their chosen area of support. Up to $1,500 will be split between the five featured funds:

• Your gift to a varsity sport unlocks an additional $10 to Friends of Rochester Athletics.
• Your gift to a medicine center, school, or units unlocks an additional $10 to the Rochester Research Fund.
• Your gift to a student experience or support program unlocks an additional $10 to the Student Emergency Fund.
• Your gift to an academic school, department, or unit unlocks an additional $10 to the Undergraduate Scholarship Fund.
• Your gift to a student organization or club unlocks an additional $10 to the Wilson Commons Student Activity Fund.

Meet Our Challenge Donor—Nila Bragg!

Nila Bragg '88 is a charter member of the George Eastman Circle and a Leadership Council member. She volunteers on the philanthropy committees of the Black Alumni Network, as co-chair, as well as the Women’s Network, and supports students as a real reader with the Gwen M. Greene Center. In 2023, she received the John N. Wilder Award, one of the University's highest honors for service and philanthropy. Nila is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with NYU School of Medicine and Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City.

Nila has firsthand knowledge of the importance of giving back to the University of Rochester. A former scholarship recipient, she is proud to generously support the University that helped make her education possible!
